The 3508 hectare Mount Seymour Provincial Park is located 30 minutes northeast of downtown Vancouver. The park encompasses Mount Seymour, Mount Elsay and Mount Bishop all of which are popular with nature enthusiasts, skiers and mountaineers alike.

Forest cover within the area consists mainly of coastal western hemlock, mountain hemlock, Douglas fir and western red cedar. The higher alpine meadows are covered in sub-alpine flowers, adding brilliant splashes of colour during the summer months. Animal life is abundant and includes species such as the deer, coyote, bear, bobcat, cougar, raven, Stellar's jay, grouse and siskin.

LOCATION
Turn off of the Mount Seymour Parkway onto the Mount Seymour Road where the park entrance is located.
