Location: Echo Lake is located approximately 50 km (31 mi) east of the North Okanagan community of Vernon, British Columbia. Follow BC Highway 6 to Lumby, and turn right onto Creighton Valley Road. Stay on Creighton Rd. for 22km (14mi) to Echo Lake.

Echo lake is located with in Echo Lake Provincial Park.

Fishing Report: Echo Lake has seen an agressive stocking program of Pennask rainbows, Black Water Rainbows & Gerrard Rainbows. There are lake trout to 20lbs & resident Kokanee to 3.5lbs.

Echo is considered a quality lake and is being managed to produce large trout. Gammarus Shrimp, an important food source for the trout, were introduced in 1934.
